4kawo does not grant refunds or returns for Products that are not defective or damaged at the time of delivery and for a period of 14 days.

No refunds or returns will be accepted specifically for the following reasons: product misuse, inappropriate storage, improper handling.

You are responsible for inspecting the Products at the time of delivery to ensure that everything is in order and undamaged. 

If the delivered Product is defective or damaged at the time of delivery, 4kawo undertakes to send you a new, similar Product without delay and free of charge. You may be asked to keep the damaged or defective Product for the purpose of disposing of it.

If you are not satisfied with the Product or the online delivery service, please contact customer service directly at info@4kawo.com.

Our products are offered under direct sales. The amount debited may change depending on your participation in special offers or the application of credits.
